I just called the company(because I wondering the same thing as madmoney) on this phone# Rufus Paul Harris, CEO, [phone], Rufus answered, I told him that I was a share holder in FHAL and asked him with the merger if our shares would be restricted, his exact words(please everyone call and confirm) were, "they will stay just as they are." That's what he said so please call them as well to confirm. GREAT NEWS to me.
