If you knew how to examine and probe- (investigate) you would notice that the "Exchange" on the MBC site is going through testing- for example, the "On- line" contact icon has changed it's "look TODAY. So unless someone is just really, really, bored on the tech end of this thing- that may be sign something is imminent.
Clearly you prefer whining to doing anything productive, and lastly- yes, you are negative- very... LOL, but that is your problem.
