Whatever the case, Unitiv and I-Texts are in fact private companies, making WNTR the only publicly traded access to them for prospective investors.
There is also a high probability the current dividends (I-Texts & even GCHI) will be realized this year.

The company is in negotiations with Ludvik Holdings, Inc. to acquire an interest in the IT company to provide for a dividend to shareholders in 2016.
