Why would he pay for his crimes? He was already shut down by the SEC for MIKP and came back. I told you before to make sure to really read the PR's. He tells you nothing except that a card is being produced. He never gives details that can get him in serious trouble. A card was supposed to be done a year ago and nothing. Just a quick change of format and here he is again. When this becomes an epic fail (headed that way IMO) he will ride off into the sunset with a pile of cash and on to his next scam. Finding a Mark Newbauer success story is impossible.
