rjbluesky, any amount of debt is bad news while KALO has not generated a single dollar in revenues even in Canada before tackling foreign countries that cannot be verified.

True, not much debt. However, conversions or fundraising at current prices and typical discount is about a whole 60k per Billion shares... Talk about throwing past shareholders under the bus..

Just buying time?? How much time is needed, no communication...

Still, at 300k market cap, the gamble here seems worth it, even if 10-12 billion ends up in OS, a contract signed could immediately push valuations back into the 30/50 mil range.

But time is running short. Can't pay debts or keep lights on with almost zip in dollar volume and no bid:no interest.
