I have honestly never ate crawdads. I'm looking forward to trying it. We were supposed to eat at Boudreaux's Louisiana Seafood and Steakhouse for some cajun cooking a few weeks ago. They happened to be closed on Sunday, when we were there. I've had my mind set on it ever since.

This is a different town we are going to, but I looked up the Cajun restaurant and checked out there menu. It's a town not far from St. Louis.
