With the average quiet period lasting between 40 and 90 days. And the massive debt currently due. EVTI is certain to hit .0001 by the end of January. They have debt that is currently converting and more on the 23rd and 26th. Approximately $200,000 or 1 billion shares at the current pps. Not including what is due in February and March. It is very likely EVTI will be at no bid before the end of the quiet period.
