There were a couple requirements that they needed to meet before the dividend could be finalized.
The redomilicile which Brian Shipley told me was completed.
He directed to my someone else to talk to about the filings,
but I have not had a chance to call him,
and Shipley told me to let him know if the other gentleman could not answer my question.
