but who knows, maybe SRFF (who set up the notorious Series G death spiral) is working behind Gerald's back with Magna and maybe even Bobby Farrell & Mack Faerber, as well as the offshore shorts, in order to rape the IP away from Gerald & Dad in a 'forced default' - think about it - the IP is worth much much more busted up and sold at auction in pieces, then it is at its current pathetic and paltry MC = $2.3-Mil.

stranger things can and do happen in the corporate world of "sleaze financing" which is where Gerald has chosen to fund from for years now....he's no stranger to toxic converts, as he has earned a world renowned reputation for sleeping in the same bed with these low life scum-buckets....
