If they have a drug that is worth something, there is NO REASON for a RS. If they attempt to adversely effect the retail shareholder in any way, I will be at the front of the line for the next CA.
Either Bavi works or it does not. If it does, SP and shareholders will be fine. If it does not, everyone is screwed.
