I'm sorry, but there is NO good rationale for a RS. Look where the last one got us. If the SP is not WELL OVER $1 by second look in, there are major issues and SUNRISE is likely in jeopardy.
About reverse splits, the other poster was correct. He said 10-to-1 REVERSE split. You could also say simply 1:10 split. No confusion if written properly.
How ANYBODY could be in favor of a reverse split is beyond me. PPHM is already at ca. 18 cents adjusted prior the last r/s. Not always, but r/s is a loser's trick and shorts would have a field day if they pulled their 3rd reverse split.
