I think that the proxy does not include a vote to increase the authorized share number as a positive. Maybe they expect revenues soon.

As the tetrapod quantum dot programable DNA spring tightens......these are the days of our lives! Looking to be in full swing by May as the value added players have it written in there contracts per proxy. Actually read this report expecting to see the share increase authorization too. Will take this as a very positive sign!
