Big pharma seems like the better option. From the old article bubbster posted the other day, big tobacco was and probably still is not cool with xxii. Sounds like if they had a big pharma company that had their back big tobacco wouldn't mess with them. Big pharma supposedly is the largest funder of anti tobacco groups. Since it is a tobacco product it still has to be moved through FDA.
