COO has the top of the line manufacturing equipment. epgl does not.
Who is going to foot the bill to purchase those expensive toxic materials and usage of those million dollar type equipment for epgl to use?
Creating contact lenses and adding their hyped up type of star trekky creations will cost lots of money just to put their theory to their test! Ok so that Marcus guy worked for Darpa, so what?? He had access to use governmental equipment at anytime. Now that its just Hayes and him, who/what company out there is crazy enough to let these guys toy with their equipment?? COO allowed them too, and COO just gave them a settlement (undisclosed of course) to basically just go away.
Certain speculations can be ended if epgl just reveals what that undisclosed amount is. But nope, they just want to string the carrot along, and the longer, the more obvious they are doing it on purpose.
