It's one of the most convoluted and brutal filings I've ever read.

This lying weasel has basically robbed everyone of you and covered his butt with every excuse imaginable under the law...here in the USA and China .


I could go on and on and on about what's in this filing,but what's the use. Oh yeah there's only 34 share holders on record as of 2016...most likely bag holders.

No mention of that HUGE contract at all..just excuse after excuse on why they might not be able to continue with no mention of this mysterious 350mil contract blah blah blah.

Tons and Tons of debt and loans

Plant and machine assets are only worth $63g's . Probably actually worth less in reality IMO

Wang the slimeball paid himself $500,000.00 if I remember correctly.

There are 9 employees ..4 located in the USA and 5 in China,who I believe have been pumping on this forum since early Dec . Read posts..you can tell who is who. IMHO
