Charlie, if you read any of the cmpany filings, you would know that all the dilutive debt coverted could not get us to 1.9B. It is ingnorent comments like this that upset many. Have you ever read a 10K or 10Q for XKEM?

its 1.95 billion A/S.... and yes they are getting close to the max...including the shares just issued to chassman on the 1million dollar loan....but according to the company there should be no more dilution.... only possible increase will be shares issued to Pandey but that is down the road a piece...they may issue total as of a certain date on the next report ...we will see....maybe on the next 8-k....
