These trading nothing but from left to right pocket for the same person. they are all waiting on sideline for ppl that dont know the news or insight (while bashing the stocks for knowing nothing). Those who have more pretty much just keeping it low to scoop all sell order and make retail upset and eventually sell for cheap. This is a long term play, only through court and timing on political stuff will drive this up - im just hoping they keep it low for another month so when my bonus comes, i can load plenty more :)
