Yes, no doubt all GOSY shareholders are pleased that Mr. Spencer and his wife are suing Neil Wallace and his family. They were smart to go with a GA RICO filing because the damages there are Triple. Wallace, his mother, and his father's estate will probably end up paying millions, IMO.
