I read the filing specifically looking for the kink in the deal. I couldn't find it. I'm still in a bit of shock. It sounds as if this will be worth somewhere between $7 to $15 and there was no mention of a R/S. In fact the wording was that no split or dividends could take place.

Please I need someone else to verify because It's hard to believe
