First of all you have zero proof that the previous photosweep owners were dumping shares today. Secondly, how stupid would it be for them to sell right now rather than wait for a big news day? Thirdly, if the tautachrome is not selling shares into the market then it is not dilution. They gave those shares (only 13 million, no big deal) to the old owners as payment, which does not equal dilution.
