Given the purchase agreement and the fact that UMS Mobile Solutions is claiming TALK on court documents as of 5 days ago its more than safe to assume that the reverse merger is complete. Now the trick is somehow gauging the size of UMS before the financial statements are released. I believe I read earlier that there was reputable journal or newspaper that covered them as a private company and assed revenue as well as their growth factor. If someone could find this and post this, depending on the source this may be all we need for confirmation.
