Wouldn't restricted shares have to be registered with the SEC before they could be resold in the marketplace?
This competition to sell shares you speak of between note-holders/insiders/athletes to dump shares... There've been plenty of opportunities to sell at higher pps with hundreds of millions on the bid... just what do you suspect they are waiting for...? Is it like a game of chicken to see how low the pps goes before dumping...?
