Are IMTV, EnvisionTV and FORTUNE ROAD MEDIA INC connected?

If Steve claimed to not enough money to fund a public company like IMTV. Where are the funds coming from to fund EnvisionTV??

Is Joe Sirianni being used a stage prop to try and continue selling IMTV shares....to possibly use those funds for Steven Samblis's future projects? How could any of this if true affect IMTV shareholders?
