Got it. So if the "athletes" believe in the company they'll keep there shares and hope for returns? Otherwise, they'll just try and sell and get cash as soon as possible, I'm assuming?

Does it cost TBEV money to give the athletes and consultants these shares?

I've only seen 8-K and 10-K/Q filings reference the letters of intent and endorsement contracts as having "restricted shares of the Company’s common stock" and additional "contingent restricted shares based on certain performance criteria."
