Good post. you are right . Evidences are here.
Epgl goes in the right way. The pieces of the puzzle are taking their place step by step.
More published applications patents to come.

EPGL told us that one of their patent filings had an issue because it should have been filed as 3 separate patents. They said they were adjusting fire based on the opinion and thought it was good news.

It is not good news. It is effectively a reason to change patent attorneys, IMO! And that is half the story... Did they mention that the opinion found all claims to be unpatentable? No!

Months later, we hear the sky is falling, this won't get approved etc, but no evidence.

No evidence? Read the IPEA's opinion! Could their possibly be any stonger evidence at this stage?
