GTRQ with penny stocks it's buy on rumor then sell on news when the volume comes. Also 99% of the time once company releases news they dilute big time which drives price down but allows them to cash out some cash. Since this company is zero revenue they will most likely dilute into whatever news they release.

How can news make a company tank unless it's bad news ,but please post any bad news that has been released on Gtrq. Every thing else is just negative speculation.
