The other thing is honestly I'd love for these filings to hit but really two companies two years and no telling what scary Terry screwed up.. these facts alone say could take 6 mo from Sept to get all the ts crossed and is dotted.. shell mergers can be 30-60 days but talk wasn't a shell.. not worried in the least mms are short bad.. made a bad call and now stuck imo
