HJOE From company 6/9/15 facebook update:* Our company engaged an auditor (Terry Johnson), paid the retainer and submitted everything it could think of to file its annual report on form 10-k as it has for years. Without any further discussion as to the merits of the case, we filed a complaint against Mr. Johnson, case number 2015023881 with the Florida State Board of Accountancy. While we appreciate any attempts to confirm this information, we respectfully request that no attempt be made to interfere with the case (more on this later).
