Don't be so sure about K results - being P1 - the focus is toxicity which we already know it is non toxic.

Related to efficacy - it could very good - good - just Ok - not so Ok

Tthe chance of blow off results are low - the main outcome will be PK-PD data and dosing frequency inputs for next P2

So expecting some major jump after P1 completion and results is too big an expectation
