That was for the prior period. They have 45 days to submit the quarterly after the priod ends (for the period ending Dec. 31), which puts it about Feb. 15th (or is it Feb 14 because there's 31 days in Jan?)...if they use another Form NT-Q, that gives them another 5 days (or 15 days for an annual)....something like that.
