Stock pusher Vakser is likely not getting his L shares because he refuses to turn over the IRS and bank records for TDEY, WHICH NEVER EXISTED IN THE FIRST PLACE. Remind that mildly retarded stock promoter Vakser that his 'dial an attorney' Weinert already ran away from Vakser's shell scams. I am 100% certain that poverty stricken former stock promoter Vakser doesn't have the capability of fighting Linduff legally. Tell him to go back to the Ukraine where he'll possibly be safer. He's a sitting duck in Dallas with the rabbis cracking their knuckles waiting for their money to be returned.

Linduff has not delivered any preferred L shares to Vakser,
hence the agreement is as worthless/meaningless as the internet ether it is written on.
