well there was 5 really lg sells on the open today..i suppose we might have the answer there...if it was the officers selling now..that looks really bad with all in the works supposedly coming to light soon

You don't. I'm not sure how the SEC reporting of all this is done though, if at all, since it has already been reported via the original form 4.
