Firstly the company receives a delisting informative letter from NASDAQ, and they have 180 grace period to get $1.

No letter has been received yet.

it has to trade 30 days below $1 mark and as of today it has been only 10 days its been below a buck

so another 20 trading days below $1 before they receive letter from Nasdaq and then they have 180 days to regain compliance
