First, as you know or should know, GOSY is not suing Wallace, the Spencer's are. GOSY is not a party of the lawsuit. So if for no other reason than that, the law suit should not be GOSY's #1 priority. And second, I would think most shareholders would rather GOSY spent it's time finalizing a contract like what was talked about in today's PR which would hopefully increase their ROI.
