I've personally been to both addresses. Yes international's is a PO box store as you mention. ELGL's massive corporate headquarters is nothing more than a small little office located upstairs from a dentist. Certainly not what one would expect for a multiBillion dollar corporation. This office is nothing more than a front so they can claim to have a physical address.
