Thanks for the court schedule. That's excellent. At least, we will see some progress in court cases in the coming 2-3 months.

Problem with FnF is that no one will defend their share price. So, Shorts can play with the share price easily. But, Shorts will pay heavily once something positive is being said. For example, FnF should resume trading in the NYSE.

I am fully loaded already and is waiting to see the final outcome in 2017/2018. I strongly believe that the Profit Swept is illegal and unconstitutional.

FnF should be released from C-Ship. The current model of FnF is well proven and extremely cost efficient. No other alternative can guarantee liquidity at such a low cost and support 30-yr mortgage loan. Any other alternative may imply a 1.5% higher mortgage rate to millions of US Households. IMO.
