the key here is the very public nature of the reorg plan, which has allowed anyone who read it to buy on the open market. there may be some adjustments to the share structure in a deal, but if all parties and friends and family, have been loading up, i expect commons to do very well.
to this same point, there have been months of 'delays' beyond any expected timeline, and accumulation once traders sold and moved on, so typical "retail" probably accounts for only a small % of the SIRG OS now.
