Hi Lad! Welcome to Roach's board. We like to talk about food, you'll fit right in.

I live in west central Illinois, near the Mississippi River. Normally its really cold, but we got a warm up yesterday. Fired up the grill and fixed NY Strip steak (marinated in Italian dressing), coho salmon fillets (brined in BackTrax recipe), chicken breast, and kabobbed shrimp and scallops. It turned out well. I dip everything in a butter/lemon/garlic sauce that makes it even better.
