Information from Tech Data's 3rd Quarter 10Q regarding legal proceedings...

The suit was not brought until Nov 2015 which was after the agreement date of 9/24. Also, we will see the details in the 2 year audit when the second 8k is filed.

The 10Q for Tech Data had a lengthy Legal Section for lawsuits against them. Then at the end there is a note that says the following...

The Company is subject to various other legal proceedings and claims arising in the ordinary course of business. The Company’s management does not expect that the
outcome in any of these other legal proceedings, individually or collectively, will have a material adverse effect on the Company’s financial condition, results of
operations, or cash flows.

Sounds like its a non-material issue...IMO
