No idea of the timing of the change--or what the word "emission" means in this case (perhaps "issued" in America)...but, the last official action regarding XeChem stock was the revocation of it's registration by the SEC...it is no longer quoted on any market and cannot trade--it is a wothless security:

you can get your broker to "buy" the whole lot from you (for a penny or some other nominal fee ) and take the loss on your taxes..
