Doesn't matter and I really don't care. I replied to a post that stated the emails were altered. I stated that the emails were not. That was it. Wasn't turning it into a he said she said anything. The only thing that matters now is Covey and his mounting lawsuits and what he is not communicating to his shareholders. Any conversation about Corey is over for me.

As for filings? PpssfftT! Don't make me laugh! I think it's highly unlikely that we will ever see financials from MTVX again... If they are booted from Deleware for being delinquent And/Or suspended by the SEC will you then admit any error?
Corey may be a "quitter" who is "bitter", has an agenda, and "skewed" preservative... But at least he made an attempt to help the shareholders with his offer to retire shares...
