He may have been a "simpleton" yet cunning enough to SWINDLE a couple "millions" dollars from suc....I mean "Investors!" This of course wouldn't be the case if the SEC or FINRA had some modicum of standards for ANY public company (reporting or not)! I think it's harder to get a commercial driver's license than it is to be a CEO of an OTC Pinksheet Non-reporting company. It's a shame but the truth!
