8K as expected , no surprises , my prediction was o/s around 15,5 millions and 3,5 mill. warrants left actual numbers o/s 14,8 millions and warrants outstanding 3,9 millions , pretty close , its all regular

market cap at the moment (at .27) is $3,8 millions

now , as i said if for example pps stays at .27 for couple of days remaining warrants once converted would push o/s to around 36-37 millions top


if for example pps goes to .50 final o/s number would be around 27 millions

so as we can see its very important for pps to hold today and tomorrow in order to minimize dilution after all warrants are converted

this would actually be the time for company to come up and release some nice pr if there's any

in my opinion
