The William A. Ackman's purchase of FNMA and FMCC common stock was reported on November 15, 2013. The two SC 13D filings (general statement of acquisition of beneficial ownership) are found here and were made under several companies.

As far as can be determined by search all companies related to Willam A. Ackman, there is no record of Form 4 being filed by William A. Ackman or any of the companies that he signs for (i.e Pershing Square Capital Management) for a change in beneficial ownership of FNMA and FMCC.

The best place to review current filings is to search EDGAR (Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval) system and database at the Securities Exchange Commission.
