I really doubt it. Getting a broker to accumulate the shares over a month will probably only cause a gradual rise to .01. Theres enough shares out there for a million dollars to buy at or under .01. With 1b shares os it would take 10 million to buy everything at .01. Already own about 3.5%. A million bucks at .005 avg is 200 million shares or a total of about 23.5% of the company. Should get that amount. Lots of flippers to clean out :).
I'm surprised someone with a spare 1 million hasn't done this yet. Maybe that's what MAXM is doing with this 300% rise from the lows...who the hell knows.
Plenty of shares out there now. Gonna take a few million to get this past .01 but that should come easy as the fundamentals play out.
