Who, not what. The who is Brad with his unique combination of greed and stupidity. He has twice managed to bring the company right to the edge of bankruptcy. The good news is that he's been neutralized (unfortunately not fired but that would cost the company too much money). Drexler is now in charge and is cleaning the mess up.
