It seems all parties have too much invested to walk away. The TGC & Perceville alliance DOES NOT give this shareholder positive vibes. They stated in 2015 they were funded to go ahead pending HENC. HENC funded dry hole #2 now silence while oil is at historic lows....Not exactly what I thought I was investing in....
