Why not provide a link to the website for Empire Ventures? Why provide something else that means something to Investors?

Were Sirianni and Samblis in the planning stages of this since the Spring/early Summer of 2015?

Notice how Steven Samblis filed for SEC 10K extension in late March 2014....and then Sirianni created Empire Ventures in early April 2015. Is there a connection? Did Steven Samblis possibly know damn well that after years of PUMPING up deals that in 2015 he have to to show REAL RESULTS? And if all of those Deals were bogus and he couldn't show revenue....Steven Samblis would have to shift gears yet again. So is this why IMO Steven Samblis knowingly bought time by filing a SEC 10K extension knowing he wasn't going to file anymore SEC 10Q/10K filings....because he would have to show where shareholder funds are going??
