Where was the revenue from ORT in the last quarterly report - where was the assets from ORT in the financials?
In doing your DD did you see that William Petty was the managing partner of ORT at one time - the William Petty that has had two tickers suspended.
Did you notice that from the Q3 the Series A and B Preferred Shares magically disappeared from v1 to v2.
Linduff stated that none of the L Series stock - so the settlement agreement with Vakser hasn't been consummated - therefore Vakser still has the K Series stock.
Plus, Linduff lied to FINRA about the company voting the K Series stock for shareholder approval for a name change - and we all know that is a fraudulent statement.
You stated your DD shows that Vakser is no longer involved with TDEY - then post the research and DD that proves that is true.
It is very easy posting your DD proved it when you don't post any facts to support that statement.
