Yes you are correct about the Indian reservations but :

Competition seems to be around the corner.

Competition, is healthy for companies because it keeps them on their toes. It quickly alters what becomes the status-quo of the current business. The mind of a CEO goes to what can I think of next that's bigger and better. Generalizing that though because it pertains to all business, not just MJMJ.
